• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable items are secured with specialized cold-chain insulation and dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
